How do I install the feeder?
Clean your window, attach the suction cups, dampen them slightly, and press firmly to secure the feeder. Check that it is stable before adding seed.
How long until birds arrive?
Every backyard is different. Give birds time to discover their new feeding spot and keep fresh seed available.
How do I clean it?
Slide out the tray, remove old seed, and clean regularly. Rinse thoroughly and let it dry before refilling.
What if I need help?

Where should I put my feeder?
Choose a window with a clear view from indoors and easy access for refilling and cleaning. Place it in a partially shaded spot at least five feet above the ground, away from predators.
Can more than one bird use it?
The wide, stable perch gives birds room to feed side by side. Visits vary by backyard and season.

I am very pleased with this birdfeeder. The suction has remained strong, even with lots of rain. I’ve had it for a couple of months. I remove it weekly to clean and refill, and have not had to reposition it once. It took about three weeks for birds to arrive. I’ve seen as many as four perched on the edges and inside. Thoroughly enjoying the view
